Parcels Stuck at Customs

If your order does not arrive within the timelines stated below, please be patient and wait for 2 or 3 days more.
There are times when a parcel gets held at customs for a few days, before being released to continue its journey to you.

However, if your order has NOT arrived within the stated timelines, or even after the additional 2 – 3 days buffer, kindly reach out to us and we will get your parcel to you in the fastest possible time.

IMPORTANT:
Having determined that your order is stuck at your country’s customs, we will then proceed to reship your order to you at no additional charge — ONCE. This is your entitlement.

Till date, almost all of our reshipped parcels have made it to our customers smoothly.

In the few and rare incidents where a reshipped order got stuck again, we were always happy to initiate yet another reship to our precious customers at no additional charge, just purely out of goodwill. Such is our commitment to our beloved customers and community.

International Shipments

Shipments to USA, Canada, Australia, UK: 7 – 14 business days
Shipments to South-East Asia: 4 – 6 business days
Shipments to the rest of the world: 14 – 21 business days

Shipping Process: What happens after you order?

In the event of slight delays, rest assured that the Noofox (Noofox) team is doing our best to get your parcels to you in the shortest possible time.

There will be rare occasions where we overlook an order or miss a parcel, simply drop as an email and we will get on it right away.

As you know, we provide 24-hour customer support, so getting in touch will never be an issue.

All orders are processed within 12 hours. We will send an email to update you about your tracking number once we have sent out your order.

You will be able to track your parcel with the tracking number provided.
Please note that it often takes about 3 days for the tracking number to go live on the global tracking system.

Please use Post Track or 17 Track to monitor your parcel movement as they have the most accurate and updated tracking systems that we have seen till date.

To track your parcel, use one of the following platforms for the latest tracking updates:

Always try tracking with Post Track or 17 Track first and foremost.
We find them to be the most updated and accurate compared to the other shipment tracking platforms.
If your order has an SG suffix, please use SingPost.
If your order has an IN suffix, please use IndiaPost.
If your order has a CH suffic, please use Swiss Post.
If your order has an FR suffix, please use La Poste.
If you order has an INAWABET prefix, please use DHL India.
And if your order is to the UK, use Royal Mail.

  1. What are the shipping options available for my order, and how much do they cost?

    EMS—Express Mail Service—because it is the best and fastest option. We offer FREE shipping for orders above $300 USD, otherwise, shipping will be a standard $20 USD.

  2. How long does it typically take for my order to be processed and shipped?

    Orders are processed within 12 hours. For deliveries to the United States, Canada, Australia and Switzerland, it will take about 7 – 14 business days for your parcel to arrive at your doorstep (sometimes even faster). For the countries in the South-East — Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and Malaysia, it will take about 3 – 4 business days. For the rest of the world, it will take 11 – 21 business days for your parcel to arrive to you.

  3. Can I track my order’s shipping status? If so, how can I do that?

    Yes, you can. Please track your parcel’s shipping status with either PostTrack or 17Track with the tracking number that we have received in your email.

  4. Do you offer international shipping, and if so, what are the additional costs and requirements?

    Yes, we do. We charge a standard mini fee of $20 USD for the international shipping, and no other requirements.

  5. What happens if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping?

    If this happens, kindly let us know and we will look into it immediately. Once we have determined that the parcel is stuck at your country’s customs, we will proceed to re-ship your parcel at no additional cost.
